Alhaji Muhamad Salieu Jalloh came to this fellowship at KRISP in University of KwaZulu-Natal and CERI at University of Stellenbosch to receive training on SARS-CoV-2, HIV, TB and other pathogen sequencing to help build an arbovirus surveillance network in Sierra Leone

Trained received: Hands-on sequencing on Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) and Illumina COVID-seq sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.
