Edem Apewokin is a veterinarian and researcher with the Veterinary Services Directorate of Ghana. He focuses on identifying and controlling zoonotic and transboundary animal diseases, including HPAI outbreaks. A graduate of Ghana’s In-Service Applied Veterinary Field Epidemiology Training (ISAVET) program, he is passionate about applying novel technologies to enhance systems and aims to address knowledge gaps in Ghana’s animal health sector.
